Contract Review

First we perform a full-scale analysis by reviewing our client’s past 12-24 month’s invoices to identify any overcharges made by the waste disposal company. The premise is simple; since the waste disposal companies have thousands of accounts to maintain, it is common for them to make oversights, pricing errors or mistakes on your invoices without you even realizing it.

Site Analysis

Once we have looked for refund opportunities, we then move on to our site analysis. Our site analysis involves obtaining data regarding specifications on your property. We include things such as the number of bins, bin locations, and bin sizes. We also perform a cubic yard trash volume analysis™. We utilize a proprietary software program to generate reporting to assist us in determining our recommendations. Following this phase of our analysis, we share our initial findings with our clients.

Contract Negotiating

Finally, we look at your current pricing schedule to attempt to identify ways to reduce your pricing. If you are in an open area (those that can bid their services), we establish “Margin Pricing” on your property. Because we know the cost associated with waste haulers to remove your trash each month, we can establish better pricing based on the COST to the waste hauler to remove your trash. We negotiate from a position of strength, knowing what it cost the waste hauler to service your property. What this means to our clients is the most favorable pricing on their property.

End Result

We ensure all savings are realized, including refunds from past invoice overpayments, government incentives, current needs analysis and future pricing. Our program is RISK FREE…………we are not paid unless we identify savings for our clients.
